Sujit Choudhry is considered an expert on the United States Constitution. He has spent his career studying the documents of various governments including those of the US. The United States Constitution is a unique example of an operational government document that is flexible and far more advanced than many others in the world.

The Ukraine is a nation that is still struggling to find a standard procedure of national operation. Choudhry and several of his peers were offered an opportunity to discuss the issues going on in the Ukraine and how its current government policies differ from countries who have effectively embraced democracy. The educational debate attracted many personalities within the genre. There were all sorts of constitutional law experts curious about the workshop and what direction the discussion would go in. The scholars talked about various topics and attempted to understand the overall constitutional direction of the Ukraine’s current government system.

Sujit Choudhry worked as the Dean of the University California at Berkeley and was a professor of law at New York University. Choudhry spent time at the University of Toronto and specialized on the topics of constitutional law and politics.
