What is the definition of "Space"?

Many tried to answer but, apparently, most of the people is deeply convinced that "Space is that expensive place where unattainable dreams will never come true". 

The last sentence is incorrect: a Space Program can also be initiated without the help of very Big National Agencies, or large companies with thousands of employees and a very static business model, unable to reflect the changes in the market.

EverySpace Consulting was created to give an unexpected answer:
"Space is the most dreamt place ever. It is for everyone and it is NOT that expensive, if we approach it in the right way, getting rid of many of the bureaucratic steps, very diffused in the Space Sector, whose only meaning is to increase the cost!”
